To expedite your move-in process, ensure that you have paid all applicable move-in fees and the Resident Shield fee.
To receive keys to your apartment, all move-in fees must be paid. Paying online is quick and easy!
To submit a regular maintenance request, please visit your resident portal online.
Requests are typically completed within 48 hours.

Limited garages and carports are available for a monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office to ask about reserving a garage or carport.

Apply and move in to RISE at Nocatee between February 20, 2026 and April 14, 2026, and you’ll be automatically entered to win two (2) tickets to see Barry Manilow live in Jacksonville on April 27, 2026. Entry is simple—just submit your application, sign your lease, and complete your move-in by 11:59 PM on April 14, 2026 (one entry per household). One winner will be selected at random on April 15, 2026, and contacted using the information provided on their application; the winner must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be chosen. Tickets are non-transferable, have no cash value, and offer is subject to availability and change.
